DISPATCH

We will send email confirmation once our warehouse has dispatched your order. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will aim to be dispatched the next working day. Please note that during peak ordering seasons, it may take longer for your order to be processed. Keep an eye out for disclaimers on our website that let you know if certain products may not be able to ship right away. 

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all mainland orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) within 96 hours from order confirmation for standard orders, however this cannot always be guaranteed.
