How It's Made
The Botanicals
Every element is chosen for the role it plays in the final profile. Citrus brings lift and energy, cucumber adds cool freshness, jasmine softens and rounds the aromatic edges, and coriander brings structure and spice. Together, they create a gin that feels layered and expressive, but never overpowering.
Rather than distilling everything together in one batch, Still G.I.N. gives individual attention to the botanicals that define its flavour. That matters because each ingredient has its own ideal point of expression. Treating them separately allows the character of each botanical to come through with far more precision and care.
Dual Distillation
This is one of the biggest reasons Still G.I.N. tastes so different - we use both copper pot and vacuum distillation to balance the depth and freshness of the liquid.
Firstly we use classic copper pot stills to develop the structure and body of the gin. This is where the spirit gains its depth and backbone - the elements that give it presence in a cocktail and keep it grounded in what gin should be.
For our more delicate elements, we then use vacuum distillation. By lowering the pressure inside the still, we’re able to reduce the temperature at which distillation occurs. This gentler approach avoids “cooking” the botanicals, helping preserve the bright citrus, soft florals, and clean aromatics in their most natural state.
Precise Blending
Once each botanical has been distilled at it's ideal expression, all components are then brought back together in carefully judged proportions - a true craftsmanship to layer every ingredient on in the right levels.
The end result is a New World style gin with real freshness and clarity. It has the complexity gin drinkers want, but with a smoother, more inviting profile that works effortlessly in a range of serves. Whether poured into something classic or mixed into a more contemporary cocktail, Still G.I.N. brings a cleaner, brighter, more modern expression to the glass.
The Bottle
This bottle was never an afterthought, it was created to reflect the same creativity and intention as the gin itself. It's created with bartenders in mind: the shape allows for easy two-finger pouring, and the grooves improve control even with wet hands.
But it's stylish as well as functional - using genuine Black Glass, sourced from Sri Lanka (one of the few places in the world that produces it) and a real gold stopper.
Just think... if the bottle looks this good, you can only imagine what's inside.
