50ml Still G.I.N.
50ml Dry Vermouth
1 dash Orange Bitters
Glass
Nick and Nora or Classic Martini
Garnish
Lemon twist
Technique
Place serving glass in freezer to chill. Add gin, vermouth, and bitters to mixing glass. Fill mixing glass with ice. Stir gently for 30-45 seconds. Strain into chilled glass using a julep strainer.
