½ oz Rose Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Handful Fresh Raspberries
Soda Water
Glass
Collins
Garnish
Raspberry or rose petal
Technique
Muddle raspberries with rose syrup in a shaker. Add gin, lemon juice, ice, and shake. Strain into glass filled with ice. Top with soda water.
