2 oz. Still G.I.N.
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz elderflower syrup
3-4 cucumber slices
pinch of mint leaves

Floating edible flowers (pansies, violets, or borage), cucumber ribbon, and optional lime twist
Technique
In a shaker, muddle cucumber slices and mint leaves, add Still G.I.N., lime juice, and elderflower syrup, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, double strain into glass, and express lime oils over drink.
