Returns Policy
Updated December 2025We are unable to accept returns of our drinks. You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of our products unless such products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered. We do not accept returns to our address and kindly ask that you do not attempt this. If you have received damaged or faulty products please reach out to uksupport@bydreandsnoop.com as soon as possible and our team will arrange for either a refund of the price of the product or a product replacement.
If you have ordered merch from our website and would like to return it, please email uksupport@bydreandsnoop.com with your order number and (if applicable) proof of fault. within 30 days of receipt of the item. Items will need to be returned via Royal Mail (tracked is recommended). Return shipping costs are not covered by Defiant Ones Ltd.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Items that have been returned used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
